Returns, Sales Terms & Conditions
This return and exchange policy applies only to online purchases made through this website.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
- CANCELLED EVENTS. Refunds will not given on orders placed for events that get cancelled.
- Fine Designs will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Order Number and contact us through contact form or by calling customer service.
* Defective by the manufacturer (printing, seams, holes, etc.)
Some countries have import duties or taxes which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying.
